I checked out the info after Mom told me about it last night. It's for Newfoundland residents only. Perhaps I could dig out an old Newfoundland driver's license.....

I have a piece started for possible entry. Right now I'm at about 700 words, and I have a conclusion in mind, so I think I'm on the right track.
