The view from our apartment this week. It may not be home snow but by Irish standards the people here seem to be building snow arks and planning for The Day After Tomorrow.
I took Lucy for a walk today, and I realized that I was walking over a 2 and a half foot fence. That's how high the snow is built up here, and yesterday morning, it was -36 when I left for work. Boo fracking hoo, Ireland!!!
Yeah but you guys have things like truely warm jackets and snow tires. If anyone here has a warm jacket they bought it for a skiing trip in 2005 and havent seen it since it was put in the attic. Our cars slide on the ice and crash into each other just because we are trying to put our keys into the door locks :)
That's not a snowfall! You bunch of wusses!
